Chakracised - Balance through Music
This is a fabulous routine to clear your chakra's and have a mini workout at the same time. You will be releasing stress from your body, and giving yourself the gift of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual balance.
Start off by putting together a 25 minute playlist. The first and last 5 minutes should be quiet music that you can pray and meditate to. The 15 minutes in the middle should be songs you like and that have meaning for you.
During the first 5 minutes you are going to quietly sit and pray, this opens and balances the crown chakra. You can say whatever prayer you would like or you may say the corresponding affirmations for the crown chakra. When the next set of music comes on, it is time to get your body moving! Stomping your feet works wonders to clear out the root chakra. Gyrating your hips, works wonders for your sacral chakra. If you have a hula hoop use it to give your solar plexus chakra a work out, if not do the twist. Singing along ensures the throat chakra is being cleared. Keep moving and having fun during the entire 15 minutes, get creative on ways to move your body so that you cleanse your chakra's. When the music changes for the last 5 minutes, either lay down or sit in a comfortable chair, close your eyes, take a few deep cleansing breaths and give yourself a hug (hugging helps to balance the heart chakra). Allow yourself to visualize a beautiful place you like to visit, see as much detail as you can - this balances the brow/third eye chakra. When the music has come to the end, slowly bring your awareness to what is going on around you. Then head to the shower or a 20 minute soak in an Epsom salt bath to clear out your aura. This exercise is beautiful for balancing out yourself and giving you a little workout as well. You can also change up the music to whatever you are in the mood for and for as long as you wish to do the exercise.
Visualize 7 glass globes stacked one on top of the other in the following order
Now see a bright white light pouring down into the globes, this white light is like soap and water. When all the globes are filled, start at the bottom
and see the white light radiating out of the red globe pushing any dust and dirt out with it, see the globe glowing vibrant red and growing to twice the size it started out as. Continue on with the orange globe next then all the way up to the violet globe.
Take a deep breath and see yourself breathing in the color green, then exhale yellow, inhale blue next, exhale orange, inhale purple, exhale red. Do this exercise three time, or until you feel relaxed and balanced.
